Split System

A split system in HVAC is a type of setup in which the heating and cooling elements are separated into two units: one installed indoors and the other placed outside. These units work together to control and maintain the desired temperature within a building. The indoor unit is responsible for circulating conditioned air throughout the space, while the outdoor unit handles the heat exchange process. The split system configuration offers numerous advantages, such as reduced noise levels indoors, improved energy efficiency, and flexible installation options. By dividing the components, the split system allows for a more efficient and effective heating and cooling system, providing comfort and a pleasant environment for the occupants.

Mini-Split System

A mini-split system, also referred to as a ductless system, is an HVAC setup that does not need ductwork to distribute air. It is made up of two primary components: an outdoor compressor/condenser unit and one or more indoor air-handling units. This type of system is particularly used for Victorian homes, garages, or work rooms. It offers a convenient and efficient solution for controlling the temperature in these spaces without the need for extensive ductwork installation. The outdoor unit compresses and cools the refrigerant, while the indoor units blow out the conditioned air. With its flexibility and versatility, the mini-split system can easily be installed in different areas of a building, providing personalized comfort and efficient heating and cooling. Everything is installed in accordance with code requirements to provide you with the most comfortable experience.

Package Unit

A package unit is a convenient solution that combines both heating and cooling functionalities in one outdoor unit. Unlike split systems, which separate the components between indoor and outdoor units, a package unit contains everything in a single unit located outside the building, usually on the roof or next to the foundation. This all-in-one system offers a space-saving advantage and is easy to install. It eliminates the need for indoor units, making it suitable for buildings with limited interior space. The package unit provides efficient heating and cooling throughout the year, offering comfort and convenience for the home owners. With its compact design and comprehensive functionality, the package unit is a popular choice for residential and commercial applications.

Heat Pump Water Heater

A heat pump water heater operates by transferring heat from the air or ground to heat water efficiently. It uses a refrigerant to absorb heat, which is then compressed and transferred to the water. This method consumes less energy compared to traditional heaters that generate heat directly, making it more environmentally friendly and cost-effective in the long run.
